Thanks Room 22!

Wow! What a surprise I got on Friday! THANK YOU so much everyone.
I have had such a great year with you all and will miss not getting to see you progress through the senior school over the next 2 years. The surprise shared lunch and all those beautiful flowers was a lovely send off and I will never forget you now! I can't believe you all managed to keep it a surprise!! Amazing - well done.
Very special thanks to Maddy and Phoebe for planning it all - two very special young ladies!
Enjoy looking back over our blog, enjoy the awesome LONG holidays and most of all have a very Happy Christmas! I hope your wishes come true. Take care of yourselves and be GOOD for Mum and Dad!

A busy week!

It has been a crazy busy week but what a lot of fun we've had. On Tuesday we went to the Palms to see Arthur Christmas at Reading Cinema. It was a very cool movie and had a great message about the magic of Christmas.
Wednesday saw us dressed as a large assortment of book characters - unfortunately due to the weather we had to have our parade in the hall. We were impressed with Cody dressed as SpongeBob, Ollie as Homer Simpson, Sophie as Hedwig from Harry Potter and we thought Mr Yardley made a great 'Wally'.

Today we went to Christ's College to sing in their chapel. It was lovely to be there and to see the gorgeous stained glass window and undamaged brickwork. The children sang well and it was great to have some parents there to listen to us after all their rehearsing. Thank you :-)
Here is a short video of some of the songs we sang.

Year 3 and 4's singing at the Christ's College Chapel
Gorgeous stained glass windows
Checking out the nativity scene - amazing how many children couldn't name the people in the scene.
Crazy class photo!
